Dr. Barenbaum’s academic journey began at the University of Dallas, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. She expanded her knowledge beyond medicine by studying art, history, theology, and philosophy in Italy, shaping her humanistic and well-rounded approach to patient care.
She earned her Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, followed by an Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Internship and an Anesthesiology Residency, where she was honored as Resident of the Year in Cardiovascular & Thoracic Anesthesia.
Her advanced training in perioperative medicine and high-risk surgical anesthesia has equipped her with the expertise to provide customized, patient-focused anesthesia solutions for both surgical and cosmetic procedures.
